早上從 POKHARA 乘車到 NAYAPOOL，正式開始八天 ABC 徒步。DAY 1 的 checkpoint 是 GHANDRUK (1945M)，輕輕鬆鬆便到達。記得數年前走 POON HILL 時來過 GHANDRUK，但記憶十分模糊。這晚的 guesthouse 不但有獨立浴室座廁，還有花灑和熱水洗澡。大家知道往後的 guesthouse 會很簡陋，所以十分珍惜這晚的星級設施。
