伊朗式奶酪茄子

今朝茜嘉航空嘉賓講伊朗,提及食物好好味,令我想起去年在伊朗沙漠午餐吃的奶酪茄子。它是由類似糌巴的乾奶酪,加水和茄瓜煮成的糊狀物,用饢包來吃,還可加青草。

我與奶酪不是朋友,而且入口有一陣酥酸味,像 BB 嘔奶;精髓是那條青草,咬下去覺得自己是牛。

雖然超級不對口味,但飢荒的我也勉強吃下。去旅行的底線真的低到不見底。
