伊朗式奶酪茄子

今朝茜嘉航空嘉賓講伊朗，提及食物好好味，令我想起去年在伊朗沙漠午餐吃的奶酪茄子。它是由類似糌巴的乾奶酪，加水和茄瓜煮成的糊狀物，用饢包來吃，還可加青草。

我與奶酪不是朋友，而且入口有一陣酥酸味，像 BB 嘔奶；精髓是那條青草，咬下去覺得自己是牛。

雖然超級不對口味，但飢荒的我也勉強吃下。去旅行的底線真的低到不見底。
